 ü Today I continued to fill school infrastructure Performa. I collect information from various persons regarding Performa. Mr. Parvesh Kumar, Principal GSSS Adampur Dadhi helps me in my work. He has a long discussion with me on my work profile.

 ü I check IOLM Bhiwani Group for further assignments.

 ü Email school structure Performa to various IOLM’s.

  

 ü From 1^st March 2013 school timings going to be 8 am to 2.30 pm.

 ü Today I join IOLM Bhiwani Group. There is a school infrastructure Performa. I started to fill that form. There are many fields so I can’t get all the information today. ABRC of my cluster is on visit so I can’t gather all the information related to the form.

 ü I attend lab session of students and teach them how to write an application in open office writer.

 ü Communicate other IOLM friends about difficulties facing in the school.

 ü Uploaded some pics of FB page of GSSS Adampur Dadhi school.

 ü Today I visit GPS and GMS, Balali (one of the school of my cluster). I meet Mr. Mahender Singh (Principal GMS, Balali) and Mr. Kuldeep Singh (Head Teacher GPS, Balali). I have an introduction with them. I am very pleased to meet them.

 ü I asked about the strength of students over there.

There are total 118 students (58 boys, 60 girls) in GPS, Balali (11064 School Code) and 12 (6 boys, 6 girls) students in Pre Primary wing.

There are total 52 students (19 boys, 33 girls) in GMS, Balali (0665 School Code).

I also meet Mr. Ashish Kumar, Liberian GPS Balali.

ü There are SMC meeting conducted at Principal office regarding Civil Work. Mr. Raj Kumar, J.E S.S.A visits GSSS Adampur Dadhi and guides all the principals about civil work. I upload some pics of this meeting.

 ü Today SPAT Games announced results for the SPAT Competition on www.play4india.com. I checked the result for my school. There are 16 girls qualified SPAT Competition.

 ü Today I created Email ID for School. Email ID is gsssadampurdadhi@gmail.com.

 ü Today I completed SDP (School Development Plan) records tables for my cluster Adampur Dadhi.

 ü Mr. Rajender Kumar, ABRC is on Visit today. So I inform some information (telephonically) regarding cluster meeting on civil work on 23-02-2013 and some mailing information etc. to all the principals of my cluster.

 ü Upload some pics for Mid Day Mil (MDM) and Class Test on FB.

 ü Today I continue to prepare SDP (School Development Plan) of my cluster Adampur Dadhi.

 ü Maximum number of Staff of Adampur Dadhi are on Strike today. It is a National Level Strike and continued till 21th Feb 2013.

   

 ü Today Mr. Ravinder representative of NICT visits our school and examines the computers. He observes the faulty computers/machines and prepared a list of them. There are 4 computer systems, 1 UPS and 1 Printer not working properly. He raises a complaint for this towards his company. The customer call cum service slip no. is 16478.

The following work accomplished by me:

 ü Today I started to prepare SDP (School Development Plan) of my cluster Adampur Dadhi. There are 5 schools (Kalali, Balali, Badhwana, BaalRoad and Adampur ) in my cluster. There are few tables in SDP. So I started to prepare these tables records for my Cluster.

 ü Today Indira Baal Svasthay Yojna Team visits Adampur Dadhi. Mr. Bhagwat (Sr. L.T, Vill. Jhoju) and Prithivi Singh visits school and checks blood (H.B level) of students. I uploaded some pics of this event on FB page of school.

 ü There are white wash going on into the school. I upload some pics of white wash on FB page of school.

Today I attend meeting at S.I.E.M.T Building, Bhiwani. I reached Bhiwani at 9.45 am. This meeting is conducting for SDP(School Development Plan). This is conducted by Ms. Anu Mehta and Mr. Ashok Kumar.

            In this meeting, We go through the SDP and come to know how to prepare Data Tables for School’s Student. It was a nice session. I capture some pics of the meeting and upload it to FB page of School.

 ü I discussed with Principal Sir to provide me the records of student of 9^th-12^th. Sir guides me to collect the records from various staff members. Also, he said it is a nice step to club all the data together.

  

 ü Today I taught 6^th class students. I taught basics of computers to the students. 6^th class is very naughty. I enjoyed the lecture. It is a great experience for me to taught the students.

 ü Today I visit the BSNL office to raise the complaint for internet connection of school. They replied that it is a government and having a long process time. I am not happy with the department. They assure me to get solve the problem but still we are facing it.

   

 ü I attend the lab of students. They were operating Linux operating system.

 ü Today I visit the D.T.H room at school. There is a satellite TV set up by Utkarsh Society Panchkula.  I tried to operate the DTH but can’t do that. There is no power in the set top box.

 ü I visit the Mid Day Mil room. They are cooking food for the children.

 ü I operate the LCD projector.

 ü I do a chat with my IOLM friends and share the work with them.

 ü I meet Mr. Rajender (ABRC) today. He told me the structure of school. I asked him about the clusters of my area. He told me there is 7-8 school in Adampur cluster. He told many more about the work and shares his experience too.

 ü Today I asked about the no. of students in the school. There are 2 wings.

1.     Primary

2.     Senior Secondary

There are 205 students in primary wing (1-5) and 278 students in Sr. Sec. Wing (6-12).

 ü The Principal Sir asked me about my qualification and background. He has a  long conversation with me. He asked about my family, job experience and also about IOLM post. Also, He shares his work experience with me. He guides me about my work. I am very glad to spare this golden time with him.

 ü Today, I install a printer on a system and do the machine to scan the office documents.

 ü I asked the Principal Sir about the internet connection in school. It is not working for a long time.

Today I reached school at 8:40 a.m. All are very busy today. All are busy in preparation for 26^th Jan celebration. Ms. Rajbala Madam is going to hold the stage anchoring. All the students are very well dressed up and ready for the performances.

            All are waiting for the Guest Mr. ‘Sarpanch ji’. Sarpanch Ji arrived at 10.00 am and hoisting the flag with the Principal Sir. Today I meet The Principal Sir (Mr. Parvesh Kumar, Principal GSSS Adampur Dadhi). There are many colourful programs at Adampur Dadhi in respect of 26^th Jan.

I captured many snaps of all the programs. It was a very colourful event. I enjoyed it very much.
